Now the largest building of Derby is the Westfield shopping centre at 105,800 square metres and is spread over a number of levels. On the contrary the floor space of this unit is 111,000 square metres and at one level.

According to the information, this massive structure will be the most important feature of the £175m Raynesway industrial park scheme or the Derby Commercial Park (according to the Goodman Group).
