Israel dupes world over destruction of buildings in Gaza

Though there has been a cease-fire in Gaza between Israel and Hamas, the foremost dangers and gruesome tales of horror are surfacing now. What does this indicate? If we go in accordance with the circumstantial evidences, Israel is engaged in deceiving the international community.
