It has come to the knowledge that Royal Oaks Building Group, LLC, as part of the 2009 Spring New Home Showcase, that is planned for March 21-22 and 28-29 and hosted by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County, will exhibit seven homes. The communities where the company plans to demonstrate include Peninsula at Amberly, Peakway Village, Saddle Run, Southern Oaks, Braxton Village, Holly Pointe and Walnut Creek.

It has been learnt that the event will feature new, unoccupied homes from across the Triangle area and will run the last two weekends of March from noon-5 p.m. On the other hand, apart from this, the demonstrated homes will be scheduled in the Spring New Home Showcase Book and inserted into the News & Observer on March 21.
