Though there are many who consider an award as a simple tangible symbol signifying approval or distinction, it is much more than that in reality. It acclaims the contribution and also the role of the concerned person without reservation and stimulates others and especially the posterity to follow his/her glorious traits.
This mood came to the forefront this year when Thomas Tsilionis (Tom Tsilionis) was selected in 2009 because of his contribution and hard work in providing free assistance to homeowners in Foreclosure. I have attended one of his Live Training classes and his course is excellent. Look forward to reading the book.
I can find his previous book labeled ‘Stay Away From The Preforeclosure’ but can’t find his new book ‘The Foreclosure Survival Answer Book’ anywhere. I read that it is being scheduled for launch on April 1, 2009 but at the same time see many people commenting on it on his facebook account.
I loved the previous book because it explains why Investors should concentrate buying properties from banks and exposes why you should not deal with homeowners directly. I always felt bad getting involved with homeowners and his previous book really excited me.
I have been waiting for him to start a new Teleseminar and was disappointed that he has none listed on ACREPRO. This book now has excited me and in anticipation can’t wait to get a copy.
