It has come to the knowledge that the San Antonio chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) has recognized four local office properties along with their managements for showing excellence in pertinent industries. Keep in mind that San Antonio is the second-largest city in the state of Texas and the seventh largest city in the United States. It is primarily located in South Texas and the city is known as a cultural and geographical gateway into the American Southwest. San Antonio is the seat of Bexar County and has been regarded as the 28th-largest metropolitan area in the U.S and third in Texas (behind Dallas and Houston).
It is to be noted that these four properties were recently named The Office Building of the Year (TOBY) in an assortment of categories. What makes this TOBY award famous?
