Realestateconomywatch.com gets launched

A novel website called Real Estate Economy Watch (realestateconomywatch.com) that provides insight and intelligence on the residential real estate economy has been launched. The website happens to be the handiwork of Reecon Advisors, Inc., an independent real estate economics and information company providing insight, analysis and intelligence for the residential real estate markets.

What does the website deal with? Well the website provides a greater amount of fresher insight, extended information, and more apposite commentary than was possible in the Reecon Advisory Report, a weekly newsletter that the site replaces. It has been learnt that the website is firm to proffer real estate brokers, agents, builders, lenders, investors and other real estate professionals a wealth of information they can use, including real estate trends, the housing crisis, real estate investment, foreclosures, real estate consumers, economic indicators and indicators of the real estate recovery.

Speaking on this David Lereah, President of Reecon Advisors stated, “Never has it been more challenging — and more critical — to understand the factors shaping the residential real estate markets. Real Estate Economy Watch is designed to help real estate professionals, investors and consumers identify signs of recovery in the residential markets so that they can anticipate challenges and take advantage of opportunities.”

It should be noted that the Real Estate Economy Watch has been co-founded by David Lereah, former chief economist for the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Mortgage Bankers Association of America (MBA), and Steve Cook, a public relations professional, journalist and former NAR executive. In addition, in the website there is the presence of latest information on Market Commentary, Real Estate Markets, Recovery Watch, Housing Crisis, Foreclosure Situation, Investments Watch, Consumers Watch, Indicators and Real Estate 101.

Take for example Market Commentary. In this respect David Lereah brings forth his perceptiveness on the residential marketplace, including how overall economic conditions, government crisis policies and the latest market developments affect real estate sales and property values.
