Simon Property Group, Inc. to exploit live audio-only webcast

Simon Property Group, Inc., the noteworthy and largest developer of shopping malls in the realm of United States of America, is on the verge of introducing a new concept of live audio-only webcast. When will this much-awaited technique be applied?

It has been learnt that the technique will be utilized regarding NAREIT’s Investor Forum in New York on Thursday, June 4, 2009 at 8:45 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time. It is to be noted that members of senior management including David Simon, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Richard S. Sokolov, President and Chief Operating Officer, and Stephen E. Sterrett, Chief Financial Officer, will participate in a company roundtable presentation to the investment community at the forum. The live audio-only webcast will be available online in the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website at www.simon.com. An online replay will be available through June 18, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time at the same location.

Simon Property Group, Inc. happens to be an S&P 500 company headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. The company is the largest developer of shopping malls in the sphere of United States and does operate as a real estate investment trust (REIT) engaged in the ownership, development and management of retail real estate, primarily regional malls, outlet centers and community/lifestyle centers.
