Faridabad real estate seems vigorous

It is no wonder that the real estate projects in the realm of Faridabad are in full swing and are even outshining other Indian cities. Are they expensive? Well, this varies as there is a sharp difference between the economic standard of this region and the others. For this reason there is no dearth of innovative concepts and designs in the domain of real estate industry at Faridabad and also in the number of buyers. It should be noted that property in the National Capital Region (NCR), of which Faridabad is also a part, is becoming a prized possession increasingly.

This unique development has encouraged the property developers operating the realm of the city considerably and they are engaged in building varied options in residential and commercial category. These include B National Builders, Arora Construction Co P Ltd, BPTP, Arun Dev Builders, Triveni Infrastructure, Drive In Road , Omaxe Faridabad , Mithakhali Six Roads , Vatika Group, DLF and several others. Though the majority of purchasers seek affordable houses (of Rs 15-30 lakh budget) there are still demands for luxurious housing options.

Take for instance Delhi-based property developer Omaxe. It formed an alliance with Thai Privilege Spas for the introduction of an exclusive spa village in Faridabad. It has been learnt that this spa village would have spa centers where spa management experts would help people unwind and relax.

The other two first rate residential projects in Faridabad of Omaxe include Omaxe The Forest and Omaxe Hills. While Omaxe Hills is a residential complex of high-rise apartments comprising five towers to house 2-3 bedroom houses, Omaxe The Forest is a fully air-conditioned residential complex consisting of nine towers to accommodate 4-5 bedroom houses.

Triveni Infrastructure, in addition, is known for proffering air-conditioned luxury apartments in sector 78 & 89. There is also the Piyush Group that is busy in offering apartments and plots in the city.
