Hamptons International looks forward to organize Indian property show

How can India (credit goes to its sprawling market of course) be excluded if both economy and market are refurbishing? It can’t be at any rate and Hamptons International, celebrated London-based firm, is no insane. The firm is going to host a property show to exhibit residential projects in India to British investors. It has been learnt that the event, organized solely under the aegis of the real estate agent Hamptons International, will be held Oct 30-Nov 1 at the firm’s head office in London.

Speaking on this, Dean Foley, international sales manager of Hamptons International stated, “India has always been a major market for Hamptons International, given the UK’s long and close ties with this country.” “We have certainly seen, over the last few months, an upturn in the amount of transactions completing by our UK NRI (non-resident Indian) clients due in part to long term growth plans and affordable real estate,” Foley said.

It is to be noted that the event has been organized in partnership with leading developers including Emaar MGF, Spire Edge, Ansal, ANR Infrastructure, Santa Fe Realty and Godrej.

Hamptons International has more than 140 years of experience and does proffer an extensive portfolio of UK and international property, marketed through its 85 offices. The premier services of the London-based firm include sales, lettings, residential developments, property management and mortgages.

What is more being owned and operated as a subsidiary of Emaar Properties, one of the world’s largest real estate companies, Hamptons International is continuing to expand both locally and internationally, positioning itself as one of the most valuable residential property groups in the world. Let’s crack down on the track record of the firm then. By now, Hamptons International has been involved in some of the UK’s major regeneration schemes including Finzels Reach, Bristol, Paddington, Chatham Place, Reading and Lewisham Gateway.

For the moment its focus is on new property developments that include land sale and acquisition, development consultancy, investment sales, asset management, new home sales and project marketing.
